Composition
D-Ribose:
Natural sugar, which is vital for energy metabolism in the body, as it is the main building block for the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). D-Ribose has a beneficial effect on the function of the heart muscle and muscular system and stimulates energy production throughout the body.
Creatine:
Creatine is an amino acid that is found naturally and helps deliver energy to muscles and nerves. Its main source of energy is adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is broken down into adenosine diphosphate (ADP). The content of ATP in the muscles is low and when it is necessary to perform longer muscle work, it must be resynthesized quickly. Recovery from ADP to ATP in the anaerobic phase is performed using creatine phosphate (CF).
