What is ENDSWELL and what is its purpose?

The active ingredients in Endswell, are a proprietary combination of creatine monohydrate and saturated fatty acids, protected by the trademark Kre-Celazine®, which has been medically and clinically proven to reduce pain and improve joint health by increasing joint flexibility and mobility while also being able to counteract inflammation.

Active ingredients in Endswell
Creatine
Creatine plays a key role in maintaining high levels of ATP in cells, thanks to creatine kinase – a catalyst in the reaction enriching ADP (adenosine diphosphate) to ATP (adenosine triphosphate). This reaction known as the creatine phosphate shuttle proceeds with the consumption of hydrogen ions, in other words it helps the alkalization of inflamed areas. In addition, creatine is known to improve cellular hydration, promote bone remodeling, and prevent the sarcopenia characteristic of rheumatoid arthritis. Thus, thanks to its anti-inflammatory and anti-catabolic action, creatine offers another additional mechanism for the therapy of the most common types of arthritis: osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, etc.
The creatine in Endswell is in the form of high quality buffered creatine monohydrate, shown to be the highest quality form of creatine that is best absorbed by the body.
Esterified fatty acids
Esterified fatty acids are well known for their anti-inflammatory and anti-arthritic effects. They are currently believed to be the most potent natural anti-inflammatory agent due to their ability to participate in the production of anti-inflammatory hormones (eicosanoids, interleukins, etc.) and to help reduce arachidonic acid levels.
Curcumin
Curcumin is known for its anti-tumor, antioxidant, anti-amyloid and anti-inflammatory properties.
Its anti-inflammatory and therefore anti-arthritic action could be due to leukotriene inhibition.
Also, curcumin acts as a free radical scavenger and antioxidant, inhibiting lipid peroxidation and oxidative DNA damage.
Saffron
Croquine is the active substance in Saffron and it possesses a pronounced anti-inflammatory action, and therefore the carrier of the antiarthritic properties of saffron. In Endswell, the Saffron used is extremely rich in croquine.

The product does not have any observed contraindications or side effects with other dietary supplements or medications.
