What is Amendcor and what is its purpose?
Amendcor is an fully natural product originally developed to treat heart failure.
After more than 7 years of therapeutic use of Amendcor, we now know that the product has a tangible effect in the treatment of a number of diseases associated with the loss of energy in the form of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), as well as the loss of mitochondria in the body.
Besides the myocardium, all skeletal muscle and the nervous system also depend on ATP levels. For this reason, diseases characterized by reduced ATP levels would be affected positively by additional ATP intake.

Active ingredients in Amendcor
Creatine
Creatine plays a key role in maintaining high levels of ATP in cells because creatine kinase is a catalyst in the reaction enriching ADP (adenosine diphosphate) to ATP (adenosine triphosphate).
Studies have shown that pathological diseases that lead to hypertrophy of the heart muscle are characterized by reduced creatine levels, with the degree of creatine reduction being directly related to the degree of heart failure. This indicates that a decline in creatine levels precedes the development of contractile dysfunction, which leads to a decline in the energy reserve required for ATP regeneration, a prerequisite for the development of heart failure.
The creatine in Amendcor is in the form of high quality creatine monohydrate, which is shown to be the highest quality form of creatine that is best absorbed by the body.
D-ribose
D-ribose is a substrate (or structural unit) of the ATP molecule. D-ribose is the so-called “molecular currency” because of its key role in energy transfer in cells.
Many pathological diseases – such as heart failure – are characterized by a deficiency of intracellular energy in the form of ATP. The decrease in ATP levels, in turn, is directly related to the decrease in D-ribose.
Studies have shown that taking D-ribose increases the rate of recovery of ATP levels.
Coenzyme Q10
CoQ10 is a natural antioxidant whose main role in the cell is to assist ATP synthesis. CoQ10 is involved in the electron transport chain, which is the final step in ATP synthesis in cells.
Also, CoQ10 is a potent antioxidant that reduces oxidation levels of lipoproteins, which play a key pathogenic role in the development of atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease.
Prolonged intake of CoQ10 has been shown to lower serious adverse cardiac episodes, cardiovascular death, and overall mortality in patients suffering from heart failure.
Vitamin Е
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that is found as gamma-tocopherol in the body. Its main function is to work as an antioxidant that reduces levels of free radicals that can otherwise damage the cell.
Also, vitamin E increases the production of nitric oxide (NO), which is a biological regulator that dilates blood vessels. This action lowers blood pressure and improves circulation.
Gamma-tocopherol lowers several risk factors such as cholesterol and platelet aggregation that lead to the accumulation of arterial clots. Last but not least, Vitamin E inhibits cholesterol biosynthesis in the liver, resulting in lower circulating cholesterol levels.

Energy Recovery with Amendcor
Amendocor helps the body to restore its energy levels in the form of ATP, which is key to full recovery from any illness, especially bed-ridden illnesses.

DOSAGE, DAILY INTAKE AND METHOD OF USE:
The dosage is adjusted according to the severity of the ATP deficiency, and we recommend the maximum dosage in order to maximize the energy reserve.
This is appropriate both in severe cases of heart failure associated with marked weakening of the myocardium, and in athletes seeking to maximize strength and endurance.
The product is intended for oral administration.
Amendcor capsules
- In the form of capsules it is recommended to administer Amendcor with a small amount of water.
- The recommended daily dosage of Amendcor is between 6 and 18 capsules per day, divided into two or three intakes.
- The minimum daily dose is 2-3 capsules three times a day and the maximum is 6 capsules three times a day.
Amendcor in a soluble powder form
- In powder form, dissolve one sachet in no less than 200 ml of water at a temperature of about 38°C and leave for 10 minutes before use in order to buffer the solution. To be taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals.
In the soluble form, the recommended daily dosage is one sachet of 5.5 g – twice a day.
Amendcor is a dietary supplement and cannot replace a varied balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
The product does not have any observed contraindications or side effects with other dietary supplements or medications.
Amendcor can be purchased and taken without a doctor’s prescription, but we recommend consulting a doctor when taking Amendcor by pregnant and nursing women, as well as children under the age of 16.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage, except as prescribed by a physician.
Store the product in a dry and ventilated place out of the reach of children and store the soluble form with the lid tightly closed.
